Mark Rhodes Paperwork
Mark Rhodes said the firm had his paperwork, his will and his lasting power of authority for his children. He said: "We've heard they're in administration. They've got our paperwork, my will and my lasting power of authority for my children," and added: "It's all registered but that's not the point really - you want the paperwork."
Rhodes said: "We didn't get the message. I was told by my daughter who works for one of the estate agents." Repeated calls to the firm went to voicemail, and a sign on the locked doors read "our reception is closed today" as clients sought answers before midday Thursday.
